While the LSTR products are a success and a great way for passive income, we haven't seen similar success translate to LEO price where the proceeds from the sale will be used to buy LEO. How will these fund raising raise the value of LEO?

The LEO price is driven by the open market. We do not manipulate the price of LEO.
LEO has a fixed supply and every single 1 LEO that we accumulate is removed from the market forever.
Anyone who expects a short-term rise in price is operating under false pretense. The long-term of it is that LEO sellers exit and LeoStrategy buys their LEO. In the future, this leads to price acceleration as those sellers can no longer sell their LEO (because we hodl it and they dumped it)
The success of LeoStrategy will correlate to the success of LEO.
