Lions! Happy Monday. Now that we've rolled out SURGE, TTSLA, TGLD and TNVDA; we are looking for your feedback!
SURGE is a fixed income onchain "convertible bond". Effectively, you can buy SURGE to hodl a token that has a liquidation preference of $1. This token has unlimited future upside as it can be converted to LSTR in the future at a 50:1 ratio. While you wait for LSTR to rise in value, you get paid a weekly dividend (15% APR. Effective yield is currently ~22% APR because the yield is FIXED at $0.15 per SURGE - so if you by SURGE for less than $1, you get a higher effective APR).
TTSLA is a synthetic Real-World Asset (sRWA). It is pegged at 1:100 with TSLA (so if TSLA is $380, TTSLA's defined peg is $3.80. If TSLA goes to $420, TTSLA should go to $4.20). It is governed via an onchain peg policy. We designed this like a monetary policy at a central bank: if TTSLA deviates from the 1:100 TSLA peg, then the yield policy (3-20% APR) increases. Once it returns to normal, the yield policy goes back to the normal 3% range (the base yield).
TGLD is also an sRWA and works identically to TTSLA but tracks GLD 1:100 to give users Gold exposure + daily yield.
TNVDA is also an sRWA and works identically to TTSLA & TGLD but tracks NVDA 1:100 to give users NVDA exposure + daily yield.
The LeoStrategy Model
The LeoStrategy model is to deliver onchain, transparent and reliable products that have very specific exposure dynamics. We refine LEO volatility into these products like an oil company pumps oil out of the ground and refines it to deliver kerosene and other refinements out of that oil to the broader market.
Whatever a user wants, they can get.
How is any of this possible? Because we use 100% of the proceeds + profits to purchase $LEO and permanently stake it as sLEO on our balance sheet. This gives us daily yield from LeoDex + LEO Price Exposure.
As LEO rises in price by 100% per year for the next decade (our prediction for LEO's price performance in a LEO 2.0 era), LeoStrategy's fund benefits from hodling as much LEO as possible. In the meantime, we also earn USDC from LeoDex's staking contract and autocompound it into additional LEO purchases.
This allows us to deliver products with specific exposure to LeoStrategy users. Want TSLA exposure + yield? Buy TTSLA. Want a fixed income bond onchain with convertible upside? Buy SURGE.
We envision a future where there is a product for any desirable outcome. These products are all made possible because we use 100% of the proceeds + profits to buy LEO and refine the volatility into packagable tokens.
What's Next | Guide us With Your Feedback
We've released 3 sRWAs so far. TNVDA's presale is now over 2/3rds sold out.
Once it is sold out, LeoStrategy will look to release our next tokenized asset. Our model with sRWAs is to release small batches of them through presales and then scale them up once they're in the open market and gaining traction. We're working hard with partners on the Base blockchain to spread usage of our sRWAs to people on Base.
This has been going well so far; there are a lot of new & unique wallets starting to slowly accumulate TTSLA & TGLD on Base. TNVDA is new and starting to get some early traction during the presale.
Our track record is important and scaling up LeoStrategy while bringing in these new users is essential to our plan.
We have 3 options in front of us for the next LeoStrategy offering:
- The next sRWA - we have many sRWAs designed and ready to roll out using our peg policy model. More sRWAs means more expansion both for us and LeoDex as LeoDex is the main platform for trading them
- LeoStrategy's Stablecoin - we have a design for a stablecoin which is intended to be our biggest launch ever. Imagine a stablecoin that has hard redeemable qualities (which will create a hard peg at $1) that is fully onchain and transparent. It is a necessary release before we can push sLEO Lending live which will utilize this stablecoin. To make sLEO lending successful, it will be directly correlated to how large the LeoStrategy Stablecoin launch is. We can (and will) release a lot more info about how this all works when the time comes
- Product X - a new type of token altogether that offers exponential upside and a totally unique exposure to a market that is widely used by Lions (think: something like SURGE but not a convertible bond)
We know we are being vague with exactly what/how the next product will work. We want this post to be about your feedback on what you as a user want from LeoStrategy:

I have a feeling most people will be prioritizing Christmas and new year, so waiting until January could result in larger (and possibly more) buys.
I think for now we are considering SURGE as a stablecoins as the LSTR price are still far from $50. If you lunch a stablecoin now, why people will buy it when the SURGE offers better with the possibilities to go upside and weekly dividends? SURGE value is yet to reach $1 and in such a situation, if a stablecoin release, it may be criticized saying that "Leostrategy didn't deliver as they promised for SURGE with $1 downside protection, and now they are lunching another stablecoin (I know SURGE is not a stablecoin)". Even if the price of SURGE reach to $1, why we will go for the stablecoin? Can it give more benefit compared to SURGE? So, I don't think it's the right time to bring a new stablecoin. In case of product X I can't say anything right now without any details. And in case of RWA I think it's doing well now and has good demand of it. Whoever, is interested in it will buy specially in the presale event. Thank you for reading with patience and hearing my thoughts.
This is a fair point; SURGE is a convertible bond and not a stablecoin.
The stablecoin would be 1:1 pegged with $1 and will not deviate from it more than ~$0.01.
SURGE must be looked at entirely differently: a speculative bond that pays yield while you wait for upside.
The stablecoin would be widely used in the LeoStrategy economy inside asset pools + for sLEO lending. There are a lot of use cases that the stablecoin unlocks and we want to deliver those to the ecosystem.
However; for that to be successful, we must have a large-scale launch for the stablecoin. It is a requirement

SURGE is not a stable coin, but it offers more than a stable coin. Weekly dividends, + upside possibilities of price.
While the LSTR products are a success and a great way for passive income, we haven't seen similar success translate to LEO price where the proceeds from the sale will be used to buy LEO. How will these fund raising raise the value of LEO?
The LEO price is driven by the open market. We do not manipulate the price of LEO.
LEO has a fixed supply and every single 1 LEO that we accumulate is removed from the market forever.
Anyone who expects a short-term rise in price is operating under false pretense. The long-term of it is that LEO sellers exit and LeoStrategy buys their LEO. In the future, this leads to price acceleration as those sellers can no longer sell their LEO (because we hodl it and they dumped it)
The success of LeoStrategy will correlate to the success of LEO.
I think you need to put out what can generate the most income for buying LEO. The goal was 10M by year end and we are obviously nowhere near that. I'm not complaining or being negative. I always thought that was a little ambitious. I would just like to see what the market-making can generate on a daily basis and watch "number go up". I'm in for the long haul and I'm happy collecting my dividends on the ones you already have out. I'm pretty tapped out for a while though as far as any new ones.
I would love to see the Lending service come out, but it seems to me that the LEO price needs to be higher and more stable before that really becomes a viable tool. Going on leverage on a 6 cent token is just asking for trouble and with the relatively unsophisticated community here (myself included), I think there could be a lot of negativity created if things go the wrong way. Just my opinion.
Overall, I'm thrilled with what you guys are doing. It is way more thorough and professional than I ever could have hoped. It feels like momentum is slowly building. It would just be nice to see that reflected in the buying of the LEO token.
I'm obviously not giving you an answer to your question. lol I really don't know which way you should go. You've already been doing things I never thought I'd see, so I guess I just trust that whatever you come up next will continue to be in the best interest of this entire economy being built.

We track the LEO Powerdowns and sellers. This helps us buy LEO more efficiently. What we noticed is a large amount of old holders from the Hive side who were happy to powerdown and dump 100% of their LEO for more HIVE.
We slowed down our purchases in anticipation of this. Allowing these sellers to exit without overpaying them.
This doesn't mean we're not buying: LeoStrategy has managed to accumulate nearly 15% of the supply throughout 2025 and the majority of this was in the past few months.
As we continue to accumulate, we must do it efficiently. We still have a lot of dry powder to deploy.
The 10M/10M plan is a goal and our goal is to make it reality. The stablecoin launch would see us add millions of LEO to our balance sheet. We wanted to launch this prior to the end of 2025 which would see a surge in the LEO price along with unprecedented buying activity from us.
We do not control the LEO price but we do track it and adjust our velocity of accumulation accordingly. If we see a lot of sellers on the way, we take a more defensive approach to accumulation.
Many seem to want us to manipulate the LEO Price higher. That's not the goal of LeoStrategy.
The goal of LeoStrategy is to maximally accumulate $LEO, add it to our perma-staked balance sheet and then deliver products & services based on that LEO. (see our last post about turning LEO volatility into refined products).
The lead-up to the Stablecoin launch must be executed flawlessly. Lending has a lot of capital controls and caps on it to prevent any blow-ups. The size of lending will directly depend on the ability for our stablecoin launch to be successful.
That makes sense. I get the slow-playing of the buying. Why pay more for something people are going to sell to you regardless, right?
Will we ever be able to track market-making profits? I'm sure there's a way we could do it now if we were smart enough to be able to use the Explorer. I'm not. lol Two and three cent wins on trades doesn't seem like a lot, but when the token you're buying is 6-7 cents, it all adds up.
TBH, the stablecoin makes me nervous. We've seen some pretty spectacular examples of crash-and-burn with those over the years. I can't wrap my head around a way to create a "safe" stablecoin. Even the USDC and USDT still make me nervous. I'm sure you have a plan, but I'll look forward to a detailed explanation as to how it will maintain its peg without being vulnerable to a downward spiral.
In the meantime, I'll just keep plugging away. I've been accumulating for 7+ years now. No reason to stop now. :-)
Create a Short ETF based RWA where traders can speculate on prices falling. Even a leveraged version is fine by me. Michael Burry is short on both NVDA and PLTR. If there is a short and long version of the same asset, it is even possible to use them as hedging strategies. All of this leads to more demand.
An asset that allows short exposure is interesting and something that we have put some thought into since @monkmaster's comment from not too long ago
Here is my two cents.
RWA's are good. Launching a few more of these and accumulating LEO at the market lows is really good. Stable coin launch, IMO is a timing thing. If you want it to be big, wait until buyers have some powder. RWA's are nice for people who want to diversify or capitulate a bit to get yield but are not massive in scope. If you want to launch a stable coin that has a 7 figure (or bigger) launch, the next leg up is when you launch it (weather that is in a few months or in a year). People want to buy stable coins when they are in profit not when they are decimated. Sure, that might make the 10million LEO goal delayed, but if you get to 10million LEO in June of 2026... that is still pretty good.
I am most excited about the stablecoin + lending.

We are as well! We want to make sLEO Lending as large of a pool as possible. This requires success on our current products + more LEO in our perma-staked vaults (backing the lending)

Do you have a number what share the RWAs have on the #cashinflow? Not that we end up with 10k different RWA but there is one interested with cash in them - or just out of cash.
Maybe lending on other chains can be - no - will be growing market.
The RWAs are a slow-burn: what most don't realize is that these sRWAs are built for the next 10-20+ years
We built these RWAs not just for the immediate raise that happens from a presale but also for the ongoing capital they can raise for the fund in two ways:
The market makers are launched with each new RWA and add volatility to the LeoStrategy stack of assets. This volatility is harvested into profits which then lead to daily $LEO purchases for our fund in a completely sustainable way.
Each new RWA is profitable for LeoStrategy which means having 10 vs 5 = more profit for LeoStrategy each day.
Unpopular opinion, all these products are doomed to fail if you launch them and then there is no marketing. None of them are listed even on coin paprika, let alone gecko or cmc.
Stop the new products, and focus on what you already have out. Market them, submit them to aggregators etc etc.
The community can submit them to these aggregators
The impact of doing so might be more attention. The size of the market doesn’t mean they’ll fail. The quality of the market making on even a small market — which is what’s there today — is plenty of profit to sustain the dividends
The only way the products fail is if the dividends can’t be paid. The market makers have already proven to more than cover dividend yield.
Marketing simply = scale. Not failure or success

Overview
The RWAs are incredibly important for both LeoStrategy and LeoDex. Broadening the marketplace for all LEO users today and future LEO users tomorrow.
By having a wide array of RWAs, we can bring in more people who are interested in different products. This is how our focus has been when it comes to the LeoDex side of marketing the sRWAs to the broader public.
That being said, the stablecoin is a necessary next step for LeoStrategy. It's critical to the 10M plan and it's also critical to the rollout of sLEO Lending (something I'm incredibly excited about). If Lending is also added for RWAs and all LeoStrategy products, then it also gives a huge use case to every single previous asset that's been rolled out.
Lending & Profit-Making Products
I know the Lending code is primarily done and we're now waiting to see the stablecoin. I also know you guys are working on both your Dashboard as well as your Order Book Virtualizer for Base Pool <> Hive-Engine Order Book.
These products will generate daily profits for LeoStrategy. Profits are then used to buy LEO which over-collateralizes all assets and raises the tide for future ones.
What I Think is Best to Do Next
The RWA Launches are small and they allow continuous expansion. I also see that their shelf life is very long: what many don't see about these RWAs is that it's not completely about how much is raised today it's also about creating a new profit center via the Market Makers + the ability to raise capital in the future.
People can look at the RWAs similar to an IPO of a public company stock. An IPO isn't the only fundraising event. The fundraising happens continuously forever after the IPO because now that the ticker is live, the company can choose to do more capital raises in the future.
Strategy & Michael Saylor are doing very much the same thing. They IPO'd STRD, STRK, STRC, etc. and raised immediate capital but they are also using them to raise weekly capital via ATM raises. I know this is also a part of the LeoStrategy playbook and I think we are still very early in this journey and most have not caught on to how this will all work long-term.
My take is to launch at least 1 more RWA and then look to launch the stablecoin. The size of LeoStrategy's LEO holdings and the size of the Stablecoin launch will directly dictate the size of sLEO loans that we can all take.
If Lions understand this well, they will help you be successful with the RWAs + Stablecoin launch. Lions need to know all of this and I suggest making blog posts explaining both this model as well as a deeper insight into the profitability of Market Makers.
Along with that, the Dashboard will go a long way as well.
After reading the comments, I see a lot of Lions who don't necessarily understand the behind-the-scenes of LeoStrategy and how it's a profitable fund that generates capital in a multitude of ways. I also think there's a knowledge gap on the roadmap to sLEO Lending and how the size of the fund & upcoming stablecoin will directly map to how much a LEO holder can take a loan on.
I am sure other Lions agree with me that if we know that the direct success of sLEO Lending is tied to the size of the next few raises; we would do more to help you succeed.

Hello everyone I hope you are all good and well today in this post is some of the evidence to prove my case
If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars
