Kenny walks into the office of the finance director Leo, intending to negotiate a better employment contract that.
Despite having rehearse his lines over and over again in front of the mirror at home before this moment, Kenny still fumble for words and stumble on his sentences, as he knows clearly Leo is an experience finance director and he is no stranger to such contract negotiation request.

On the other hand, Kenny has only joined the workforce for 3 years after graduation and this is his first job ever since.

As Leo has only allocated a 30 minutes timing block for Kenny, he said to Kenny : "I have another meeting coming up real soon, just shoot it, let me know whatever you think I should know so I can help you better and more effectively"

Knowing that it is very hard to get hold of Leo again should he miss this chance, Kenny muster all the courage he has and informed Leo he would like a new contract or he will be tendering his resignation.

Leo calmly assured Kenny he would review his performance and the feedbacks provided by his supervisor and peer and decide how they should proceed and he would arrange another follow up meeting once he has done up what he think is the best proposal.

Kenny left the office feeling satisfied that he manage to shoot out what's bottled in his heart at the very last moment.
