Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Not Another Monster. Hope you enjoy the story.

I believe most of us have had experience at least one job change and with that a change in supervisor.

How many of us change our job and the true reason behind it is being driven by our dislike for our supervisor? Personally, our last job change was preciously due to my supervisor who behave as an unfair monster.

Job change is a step out of comfort zone, going into an unknown, giving up what we have built upon at our previous work place. The fear we had for the new job is the fear to meet another monster just as we seek to move away from one. Then it's a true nightmare.

When you have to not only deal with not another monster, but in an unknown setting and you might be all alone
