Hair net, as most of us know it is used to restrain our hair and keep it in place, prevent it from falling. we commonly see it in food industry see food handler uses it and also in the operating theater where surgeons and nurses wear it as if a strain of hair falls in the patient's body or our food, it can be from losing appetite to losing a life.

Do we have "hair net" in the workplace? I think we do, usually the "hair net" is the boss, they restraint rank and file authority through virtue of rank and the authority given to him and he can "judge" and decides the fate of the rank and file workers.

Thus having a good hair net in the office is important, it will help you get the team to function properly, prevent incidents by one rogue "hair" from falling out of place and ruin a project by not doing his / her part properly. But a bad "hair net" likewise will mess up your hair making one feel uneasy and uncomfortable and one cannot focus on his/her task on hand.

I hope all can be a good hair net if you are in that position or have a good hair net that keeps hair in place.
