Writing, sending and reading email has very likely become part and parcel of everyone's working daily routine. As email remains one of the most important and commonly used official communication and information exchange channel in the office, it is important not only to watch out for the way we draft our messages, our tone, our choice of words and who are we addressing what email to.

Other than all these, with the increase threat in cyber security and phishing email campaign I supposed is something we find familiar. With tons of email auto send to junk email folder.

As we get busier each day, the speed of us sending an email has also increased and shorten, with many of us skipping the proof reading part when we are sending an email to our colleagues when we get relaxed and casual till a point we would have at least on one occasion forget to attach an attachment that we need them to have / know.

But now with AI and advance prediction model, the system would usually prompt us to check if we are really sending an email without an attachment when the way we are drafting the email seems to suggest we would need an attachement.
