"John, you can overlook that, luckily I have backup in place." reminded Ken, John is trying to cook up a meal for his wife as a surprise for the 10th wedding anniversary.

He wanted to cook his wife's favorite dish of red wine chicken chop and as an businessman who is so used to dine out and one who have never cook in his wire, he engage Ken, a well known chef in the city to help him with the task

Ken has reminded John to defrost the chicken in the morning so they are able to start preparing the dish in the afternoon when Ken arrive, but John has totally forgotten about it as he was all set on getting that bottle of red wine both he and his wife loves.

Luckily, as Ken is an experience chef, he has brought back up ingredient of chicken that he has thawed earlier so as to be able to help John complete his mission for the day.
