Adrain arrived in office and is puzzled why Benjamin, his cubicle mate who is known to be on time is not at his desk yet and the rest are asking him how is Benjamin as more started streaming into office.

Adrain out of curiosity, decided to drop Benjamin a text to understand why he's not in office today.

"Hi Ben, how are you doing? Everything all right?"
"Hi Adrain, I missed a step due to a small gap that I did not notice and am now hospitalized for a arm fracture"

It is now that Adrain knows that Ben has an accident due to a gap in-between 2 pathway and fracture his arm.

A small gap might look small but can caused big issue if we are not mindful.
