As Leon is currently wearing too many hats and spinning multiple plates at the same time in his company, unknowingly he has accumulated a pool of important knowledge that is exclusive to him.
He has build up a strong rapport with all his customers whose project he is managing and also all the habits of the members who is sitting on this Office Efficiency Optimization task force.
Why are all these information important knowledge? Because human can be one of the most complex element in any project and team, they have emotions, habits, and most importantly issue and all these will affect the decisions they take, the emotion they display and their overall efficiency and thus in one way impact one way or another.
A firm believer of "TEAM" - Together Everyone Achieve More, Leon has spend a great deal of time interacting and understanding everyone the moment he being assigned to any new team or introduced to any new members. And these important knowledge has serve him well thus far.
