It is common for us to feel tired and in no mood to do any physical activities and wanting to get some rest, get some sleep. There is nothing wrong with it, as there's a saying in Chinese that translate simply to mean "Resting is a preparation for a longer hike" This in itself shows the importance of rest to the human body.

But there are times where we need to tell ourselves to rest no more, in order to get ourselves out of a comfort zone and to start to get things done.

This is so true for me who is a part time student pursuing further education at night. Whenever there is a test/project report/exam coming up, There is a tendency for me to kick start a revision for a short period of time, then allow myself a long break and always feeling tempted to rest more, this is the time where I need to get the determination to tell myself to rest no more and to get up to continue with whatever I am doing to complete it then to go for the next break.

Anyone else is facing the same situation as me?
