Everyday we make choices, such as what time to set our alarm, which route to take for work, what to eat for lunch and the list goes on.

To come to a decision, we are often asked to rank it, ranking our choice is the de facto solution.

In any organization it is almost certain we are all being ranked by our superiors for bonus, increment amount and promotion in career. If you ask me is it fair? My answer is a clear no, but is it necessary, ironically it’s a yes. There are no absolute equality and fairness, that is a need for some rank and order for decisions to be taken, there is even “First Amongst Equal”

But to be ranked and judges by people who are also workers in the same organization, is something i will never feel fair but i will have to accept.

Anyone feeling the sane way?
