Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Not Quite Dead. Hope you enjoy the story.
It may sound quite evil, but I think for everyone of us, there will be that one boss or leader that we wish we had not encounter in our career. I happened to be serving under one such boss who is so unpopular within his own organization leading us and the feeling is not exclusive to his own organization. Members of other organizations within the company also dislike him to the maximum. I have not heard any good review from anyone when we are talking about him as a leader as he is well known to be autocratical, forcing his decision onto each of us.
He is probably in his mid 60s as we don't ask him for the fact we avoids or reduce interaction with him, being someone who sends email out at 2am frequently, we concluded that he is someone who don't sleep, he too don't eat regularly on time and often listening to meeting with his eyes closed.
I know many out there who wishes him dead and gone but he's definitely not quite dead as of now, as we have not seen him taking medical leave despite his very unhealthy lifestyle. But we are quite sure, if his body gives way one fine day, it will be quite bad and whether not quite dead can be apply then would be a great uncertainty.
Do we all have such leader?
