At times, I always wonder if I am working in a manufacturing production or am I one of the loose moose in a theater. This is especially true when there is any schedule VIP visit or customer auditors visiting us.

Everything will be planned to the minute, and a group of carefully selected staff will be tasked to handled these larger loose moose, from having them greeting at the lobby to our presentation slides and even what they will be seeing along the route they will be taking from point A to point B will be carefully curated, such as to minimize any chance of a bad impression forming.
