How many of us had participated in a debate? I think the answer is a clear most if not all of us, knowingly or unknowingly.

Why do I say so? Debate is where 2 or more parties engage in a conversation process to bring across to the other side of the aisle your opinion or viewpoints on a certain issue or topic. Most commonly we see it happening in election period where politician rally for votes in debates. Or even in a court of law where lawyers debate for guilty or innocence,

But in the workplace, often we found ourselves engaging in conversations that's supposedly debate but in fact, it's not a debate because both parties are not equal if it's with your leader or whom we call bosses, they have already make a decision and were merely informing us and in an act of listening to us if we were unwillingly but the decision seldom change.

As a person who has faith in equality and fairness, I hate such conversation.
