Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Broken System. Hope you enjoy the story.
Lets admit it, with the fact that there is a pro and con to everything, there will be no perfect system. It will be perfect for a given situation, once the situation changes, it might no longer be perfect.
A broken system is one that no longer works or serve the purpose it is designed to serve. A fix of a complete overhaul or a patch is needed.
Likewise, in any organization, a system will be a broken system overtime, now it is a little tricky here, it involves people, thus the leader decides on how to fix the broken system, but firstly they need to see the situation and agree it is bad, often the case being the decider is no longer the user of the system thus they might not see the problem as a problem, let alone to fix it. Hands up if you agree.
