Oh my goodness, I hate to hear that a woman died out of pregnancy complications. For God's sake, people should learn to be intentional when it comes to pregnancy care! People should be financially ready for such journey they are embarking on to avoid losing a life carelessly, otherwise go for family planning if you are not ready to face all that comes with pregnancy.
It's a pity the woman lost her life due to finance. Something that cs should have saved her life. This thing is just paining me personally
I hope others will learn from this and take responsibility.

I think they didn't really take proactive steps to understand the woman's medical conditions and to understand that she could have died if nothing was done. This i was I advice any would-be mother to take time and learn about their pregnancy and not understanding that complications are possible if medical attention isn't given on time..
All in all, they should have handled it quicker or better, it's such a sad situation.
