Honestly, her boss is a very good person. Not everyone would send a house help to school.
Its really sad that Billy was treated in such ill manner. The question I want to ask is that, why would those children treat her like that? did she offend them in any way?

I think the children were over pampered by their parents and become mischievous. They deliberately hate on her because she was not their blood relative. Hopefully, someday they'd realize she's human too.
