Nice one... I dont know about India, but its almost election season here and what you described is exactly what we're seeing here... leader who have failed planting adverts everywhere trying to convince and influence the people to vote them... to me, i feel campaigning is totally cool, but swaying people's choice of who to vote is not acceptable in democracy.
