Buying COLONY tokens using the Pools DCA feature on DSWAP.TRADE

Dswap.Trade is a platform for trading your Hive tokens for any other token you want, using the Hive Engine 2 layer smart contract. Its difference with other platforms such as Tribaldex and BeeHive is that it does not only have the Swap feature. Dswap.Trade also offers the Market DCA, Pools DCA, and you can also become a market maker. This is positive, as having more features attracts new users.

I have already used the Swap and Market DCA feature. This time I will be using the Pools DCA feature, which allows me to place orders at regular intervals, every minute, hour, day, week or month. For now, I will buy Colony tokens with 10 hive. I place 5 orders every 5 minutes, so 2 hive will be traded for colony tokens every 5 minutes, until all orders are filled. By using this feature instead of the Market DCA, I will be buying from liquidity pools instead of the hive engine market. Always check your confirmation and then proceed.

When all 5 orders were executed, I got a total of 7580 Colony tokens. This is pretty cool, a decent amount of colony tokens. I wonder how many tokens I would receive if I placed orders at regular intervals of 1 day, instead of minutes. But for now, I want to get colony tokens faster, as I want to stake them in the Arcade Colony and thus increase my earnings.

Two days ago I added liquidity to the Swap.Hive/Colony pool. I currently have 9.8 hive and 7512 colony in the liquidity pool. So far, I've received 14.05 Colony in fee rewards, not bad for just two days. Liquidity pools are great because they allow for efficient asset exchange and yield generation.

Both the Market DCA and Pools DCA features are really interesting. But for now, the one I would use again is the Pools DCA, since I got better results with this feature. Currently, the Swap.Hive/Colony pool holds 23,000 Hive and 17,742,000 Colony, a total liquidity of almost $10,000. That's why the Pools DCA feature works better, at least for now.
