Customer support for isp has always been and will always be a nightmare! And if you manage to take the line they give dumb solutions like reboot your modem, Jesus there's no signal!

hahahahaha... Oh, yes... reboot the computer message... 😃. As I know most of the things around computers, when I finally got the support, I told them what they had to do... lol... Unfortunately, they ignored it as usual... waited an additional day, and probably did exactly that... 😂
