Actually, I don't really know why most parents/guardians sees a girl child as someone that don't have any future but to get married, produce children without them thinking about if it's want the child wants or not.
Similar thing almost happen to one of my friend, she's 18 years old she graduated from secondary school this year and all her aunt wants it for her to get married without thinking of her learning a skill at least so she won't be dependent.

You see, one thing I know and believe is that we all have the power to say no to some certain things, it might not be easy, it may feel as though it was a wrong choice but at some time, you realize that it's a good and better choice..
