I think something great to try is being able to step outside of one's comfort zone. A very small thing one can do to get started is jumping into a cold shower. It's uncomfortable for a few seconds (minutes?) but if you do it, you can pat yourself in the back afterwards and say "you did it". Just like that, you can do other things like you mentioned: try writing in a style or genre you're not accustomed to, make an in-person video for your vlog, etc.
Thank you for these words of encouragement and reminder to feed our body and mind with things that will help us grow.
