Our ancestors ate fewer time per day even just 3 times week. Biologically, this works well with our cells because it makes them work like little soldiers. I think food addiction is one of the top 5 most addictive habits we have as a majority. Most people can't even fathom going a whole day without eating.
On top of that. Even just a 30 minute exercise to break a good sweat every morning will keep even the average person in shape me thinks.
