5 Years on Hive : Celebrating 5 Years of Online Offline Cooperation Together

A look at the 5 years that have been and the years ahead

Living abroad is an incredible and enriching experience as ever! When I came to Vienna, I didn't expect to meet this kind of community and trailblazers.

In the beginning of my hive blogging experience, joining the community and participating in meetups in Vienna and Munich thanks to @Manncpt was an experience with incredible encounters @lizanomadsoul @schamangerbert @payger @twinner @raipat @TheAustrianGuy @peter2017, @tigerkid, @thcprod, @alexvan @vikisecrets @reiseamateur @carolineschell , soon @Nicoletta and many others virtually @antikesdenken @alexandravart @irwanumpal ...

to name a few that will leave me with lasting memories and most of all will to contribute :

Then, I've started to organise meetups and Steemparties in the wild to change from traditional meetups. There I was able to interact with @thermoplastic, an artist among many others I've met there with an authentic sensibility.

In a few months I've cooperated with @ccommons.art helping to support the wall of fame putting contributors and cryptoartists at the forefront. Shared motivation with @shortcut to support the initiative and raised awareness about @creative-commons licenses. Soon we were organizing contests and curation trails to support a maximum of new comers.

All this inspired us so much that very soon we held our first @workshops on #cryptoeducation and #cryptoarts with our learners at @globalschool, complementing the development of our projects @ideamachine @frameworks and @iameai.

Cooperating with @gexi at globalchool on the road to steemfest wherehe has been presenting with manncpt our project while I was handling our learners.

Not to mention the experiences braving the bridges, many failures, scams, real dangers and strengthening relationships with @generationeuropa @ionart hopefully with @mammasitta around and hundreds of you, this while we were also supporting standards awareness with @silkroad40 or against FGM with @artcanhelp and their leaders. Amazing and inspiring people !

Three years ago, I was leaving Vienna and soon Hive for a while without knowing I would not come back as planned.

At that time, I was trying to develop an incubator for startup on the basis of our fact and data based experiences through the @Globalschool framework to build the concept based on the @ideamachine and @frameworks with the support of a number of you guys.

Toxic behaviors can be everywhere. That's why we've worked with the internet of ideas on some small publications trying to explain our shared reflection about creating a medicine for collaboration. Why ? Most of us could not handle some behaviors of the other members while our goal was higher. We needed to find a way to go beyond our limits and comfort zone. @Globalschool was a good frame for that, allowing the team and members to experiment methods each in their way while also adjusting themselves on a grounded basis rather than on a theoretical or virtual approach. In the end, only prosperous shared experiences matter.

One of the main projects the Globalschool has is the development of the framework and solution called IdeAMachinE Wien (awarded by the public prize with 13500 votes at the 10th anniversary of the Vienna Business Agency in September 2014). This project is a system to foster cooperation and enable participation so that citizens can achieve their entrepreneurial goals. It is a kind of supercomputer for city users that uses an AI model and platform called the iAme (I’m E) developed earlier and introduced in 2010 in the Future Internet Symposium in Finland.

We thought it was a good idea to experiment in every possible way. We built a lot of partnerships for this with MA18, smart City Wien, @generationeuropa with @solidarity world with a lot of steemians at the time.

In 2018 we were hired and I wanted to have my team on board. Some problems made me realize that it would not be possible to cooperate with the 3 of us in this wonderful company. Then, neither with the 2 of us. In the end or from the beginning, working without my bro in that company was never an option. Moreover, I learned things during my trip about other family-related issues. So I decided to focus on managing things there. I was away from them for over 8 years.

Some time later in 2020, I was lucky enough to be hired by a company in the very high-end sector where I got 3 different positions as IT Director in Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland.

With this money I could finally launch my own startup and pay a small team to build and consolidate the projects we were developing without any funds in Vienna.

The project has different sides, the learners who need to validate their competences, the incubator for the startup and another for the acceleration phase. That's why I've asked the help of many people. Finally, I've met Jimmy and Magraux accepted to join to become my associates and develop each of them a specific part of this project. Jimmy started to work on the incubator, Margaux on the student plateforme while working for our client I was also working on the all in one management platform and AI model with better insights from the industry point of view to develop better predictive and automated allocation systems and to provide always more and relevant temporal and statistical data which can help in the decision making process.

However, we launched the startup in March 2020, 2 days before the pandemic was announced. Everything became more difficult for us because our client was late with the invoices, one day we had to stop. A very difficult choice to make because we didn't have time to set up any communication or anything to promote our services and our offer outside this employer who was taking all our time. Anyway, I left.

For a year we focused on finalizing an early prototype of our incubator and all-in-one management platforms and had iAme learn on a lot of data we provided. This is how we built this new evolution that is iAme AI.

Now I've started to invite people to join our Advisory board and others to join the executive boards because we got the interest of min 1 investor a week offering us money but that also means dissolution and loss of control. That's why we've worked on 6 business plans (BPs) each of them managed by several people leading a specific program related to issues their community is concerned about and with which they want to use the iAme to solve it. Each at their local ground level.

One of our BP is the Tokenization of the iAmeAI. Encouraged by @manncpt our first option is to share the status quo with the Hive Blockchain Community to make it possible to cooperate on this platform by using it, contributing or and claiming rewards easily. For that subject, we are also thinking of creating a specific Token. What do you think about this idea ? Do you want to know more about it ? Tell more about what you think in the comments !

In total we have now more than 3000 subscribers in a few weeks without any ads, some more than hundreds contributors (without the Hivers yet !), + 10 new distributors. It is only the beginning of the story. The subject of my next articles and an upcoming Hive proposal.

Developing iAmeAI on Hive and with the communities

As you know, developing a startup, product or innovation without the necessary funding and guidance is impossible. Managing all the needs when you are creative and have to develop, communicate, sell and find investors at the same time becomes complicated and restrictive when you have to respond and adapt to everyone's needs and understanding. This is one of the reasons why we created IdeaMachine/iAme. To facilitate the creative process, the generation of ideas and the sharing of results through a participatory system combining collective and artificial intelligence.

I will be posting more about this in my upcoming posts and those of the many contributors who will be joining us on HIVE to ask for feedback, present their progress and share the results, but most importantly to keep this project a participatory and independent project where users consciously contribute in exchange for rewards.
