It's better late than never; you have done well discovering that with quiet time, you will surely be a better version of yourself. What about people who live dangerously till death .... I'm talking about those who haven't known the importance of quiet time all their lives ⁉️ I can testify that quiet time has added great value to my life; part of my hobbies is having quiet time daily.
