I intentionally keep crypto wallets off my phone. This connects directly to a Coinbase account? Or is it a separate account? Looks pretty cool, just not sure I'd want my Coinbase account connected to my phone in that way.

Yeah … it is a separate wallet…. But I also move everything out of Coinbase once a week just in case. But thanks to BASE I can finally create NFTs from my Art and Photography with zero gas fees ….
At least it’s not as bad as Hive where you get all your rewards stolen downvoted to zero) after 7 days lolz
