The cost of living is crazy in the Twin Cities too but nothing like the West coast. I always feel like everything is on sale when I travel back to Ohio—groceries are about 1/3rd less. Many counties around Minneapolis/St. Paul are going to experience a double-digit property tax increase this year as well. I just don't know how young families are making it.
I'm starting to believe the "supercycle theory" when it comes to crypto. It certainly feels like there's more room to run with prices being artificially suppressed. The Pub has one new regular! Nothing quite as cozy as a pub. : )

Oh awesome! Happy to have you! It's been a great community since the old one imploded. We have really been coming into our own. Yeah, I can totally understand why people are getting frustrated and disenfranchised.
