Should I implement market maker L1 and L2 as well as uswap bot on one account? Technically it should make more profits but would they function well? Did u taken care of it?

You can do that, but just keep in mind that they are two different bots and there could be a possibility of a swap not happening if the marketmaker is using the funds, vice versa. Also there would be a slightly higher probability of having 2 tx (a transfer and a trade) in same block this fall when he implements transfers to the single block rule too. I run both on the same account and it works fine as long as I have the liquidity.
