The Amped zapper

If you’ve ever played a tower defense game, you know the difference between regular towers and the heavy-hitters—and the Amped Zapper definitely falls into the latter category. It's one of the most powerful towers in the game, especially when you’re facing wave after wave of Fiends and need serious stopping power.

Unlike standard towers, the Amped Zapper doesn’t fire in a straight line. Instead, it uses a Chain Attack—its shot hits one enemy, then arcs to another nearby target. That means with a single blast, you can damage multiple Fiends at once.

It fires four times before needing a recharge, making it ideal for quickly thinning out clustered enemies. With a 1.5-second interval between shots, it stays active and responsive in the heat of battle.

Dealing 120 to 200 magic damage per hit, the Zapper is especially lethal against enemies with strong armor or resistance to physical damage.

What makes it even more impressive? It can strike up to two targets per shot, and thanks to its Chain Damage Multiplier of 1.2, the second enemy actually takes 20% more damage—perfect for taking down tightly packed groups.

Strategically placing the Amped Zapper near map corners or chokepoints allows it to maximize its reach and take down more Fiends before they get close to your base.
