RE: Peeking into a Closed Shopping Mall

Yeah, that's definitely a thing, physical brick-and-mortar businesses reorienting to online commerce. It is sad that it will sit unused, and even be demolished (even though it's perfectly functional and in good condition), rather than being repurposed. It's good that you guys got to experience it one last time, though. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

There are services that can technically be done online, but are still best when done right where the business operates, some of which are appliance centers (where you can examine appliances such as televisions on the spot before buying, compared to simply watching videos of the product online). 🤔🧘‍♂️🤓

Indeed, as well as services where the human element is very important. Not everything can, or should be done digitally/remotely. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

If an investor came and purchased the entire building, they could make OFFICE space for businesses - but businesses prefer to outsource remotely to homes since it's cheaper. !BBH

Ah, I see. So there's no practically good use for it that makes sense financially with the way things are now. I guess the original investors thought that malls would be around a lot longer. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
