Update curation ( again )

Yahou, the 5% vote is finally producing something, here we go, the robot is no longer voting into the void, and that's pretty cool.

I've also slightly increased the voting percentages in the conditions. As the account's HP increases, I'll lower the percentages to ensure even more votes and that VP never runs out, allowing the bot to vote 24/7 if possible.

I'll also add different voting conditions; currently, the bot only has 2,544 HP.

In the meantime, the bot is also increasing its tokens for even better tag curation.

Just 5 more small BEEs to collect to create a token that will be automatically given to each person who votes. I'm doing this for fun.
