Thank you in advance for your answer.

I have a Samsung S4 phone, the application was installed normally, but when I open it, it doesn't finish opening and it stays as if it was reset, it tries to open it and it closes, and it stays like that until I open another application.

I hope you guide me to see if it can be solved...

actifit should work normally with Samsung devices.
One issue could happen is if your phone is rooted, or if you have any potentially troubling software on your phone.
