Pretty decent of Kaia not to chase them. Is that normal for her? Most dogs I know would go nuts when they even have suspicion of a deer being near :-D

Oh no, it's just that for once I saw them before she could catch their scent, so I put her leash back on. And when she's on leash, she knows she just has to heel. At home in the yard, off-leash, she might listen to me even if she sees deer, maybe... But out in the forest, no way, if she's off-leash, she'll chase them, pretend she can't hear me and only come back when she knows she failed to catch them... Dogs are too smart!
