That was quite bold of you to try to do that yourself and I am glad you succeeded. I don't even know how to open my phone. I remember the days when phones were quite easy to open and changing batteries was something anyone could do. I think the manufacturers of the phones started making this process complicated on purpose so that people just buy a new phone.
