WOW! What a full day you had. I love the food you picked — everything looked so good. That Vietnamese chicken dish caught my eye too. I’ve seen a few recipes on IG that I want to try. It’s been a while since I fired up my grill, but maybe I’ll get back to it when I’m feeling better.

I think the noodle dish would be fairly easy to recreate, but getting the mix of sauces right would probably be the hardest part. The noodles were basically just ramen and the chicken was a crispy pulled sort of thing.
