RE: A Healthy Vegetable Salad: Appetizer of the Day

This vegetable salad looks delicious and super healthy @arashi0416.. I love how it’s packed with so many fresh ingredients.. I’m definitely a fan of salads, and this one seems like a great way to get those vitamins and antioxidants in.. Although, I have to admit, I’m not a big fan of eggplant, so I’d probably leave that out..🤣
