That management strategy, as you say, is missing something. If you've already established how to gain Iron and Grain by reducing the number of SPS per week, I think you should do the same to obtain the necessary Aura and maximize the performance of your plots. I don't know much about Splinterlands, but what I understand is that you have to, let's say, sacrifice SPS at the beginning to have productive plots and the necessary cards to get the best performance from them later on.
