Ranked Rewards Update

Hi hello to all splinter lands fella's

Well, the past couple of weeks have been quite disastrous because of the crypto fall and we saw everything dipped hard. Even our dearest coin SPS got a really bad hit as well. It went down to 0.07$ and I was hoping that it will go more down. I had planned on purchasing a few chunks of sps. Well, I purchased some sps, around 10 cents this is why I was waiting for it to dip more. I truly trust SPS and i know no matter how much sps you have at the end of the day it won't be enough as there will be quite a lot of requirements. I just want to grab this opportunity. My goal is 1 million SPS and we still have 70 days left in the airdrop. I have achieved a 700k sps target I need 300k more to hit my goal. So for that, I will have to buy a good chunk of SPS otherwise there is no other way I could achieve 300k in 70 days.
I really pity those splinterlands wandering souls who are dumping SPS at low. Well, it happens when you have weak hands or you don't trust the project.

Anyway, Let's get back to the main topic. Splinterlands Ranked Rewards is the big news of the day. When I woke up today and got a notification of an announcement I was really happy after seeing the title of the post. I will be very honest here I had lost all interest in playing ranked battles but still I was playing for the sake of quests. At least quests were giving me 1 Chaos pack daily. I still missed plenty of quests just because of low ranked battles rewards. I play in the champion league so i know when a player drops down from 150dec/battle to just 30 Dec/ battle. It hurts it really does :) you lose all focus and interest and now there is season end tension lingering around.

Anyway in the announcement post splinterlands team claimed that it will encourage players to focus on one account instead of farming multiple accounts. And at the same time there they are saying that your chests will be dependent on your league. According to my poor understanding, everyone can have more chest rewards but according to their leagues. if you are playing in a champion league then your chest rewards would be according to your reward shares and champion league rewards would be better than diamond. The same goes for the bronze, silver and gold leagues. For example, if I am playing in the champion league and I am getting 150 chests as per my reward shares then my rewards would be better than if I am claiming rewards in the diamond league. It makes a huge difference and I believe it will be going to change the game at a massive level. hope in a good way.

Daily quests are also going to get changed from quest to focus hehe it sounds interesting. These new changes are going to make the game more fun than it is already. Not being able to see your opponent while setting up your team for the battle is already a very big change.

This major update of ranked rewards is going to get realised at the end of this month. So we can say only a few days are left for the major update. It would be interesting to see how things take place. Eagerly waiting for the new update.

But in all one question still arises. Will we be able to overcome bots? I mean if more playing gives you more rewards according to reward share this is what has been happening all this while. Bots can play non stop dunno maybe I am not getting it properly but I am hoping for the best. I will see you all around all the best for the season. Although splinterlands has been acting since morning. Not able to play well.
