The Day of my Friend's Wedding Part 1

Wedding is a sacred thing to do and exchanging vows with each other in front of the people. There were lots of weddings that we can celebrate, some people don't want an extravagant wedding but there were others that they want to be memorable and they want experience an everlasting one.

There will be 2 parts for this wedding because of the photos that were many that I took before, during, and after the wedding and for the first part will be before and during the wedding at the church.

There were lots of preparations that the groom and bride prepare and we were also busy preparing the things on the wedding. So for me, as expected, I am one of the groomsmen and I didn't expect to be one of the groomsmen because I didn't experience this one but I saw lots of weddings about the groomsmen and the bridesmaid but it hits different when you were the groomsmen or the bridesmaid in the wedding.

This is the day of the wedding and the wedding will start at 3:30 in the afternoon. I didn't know why they decided to have an afternoon wedding but after that, I realized that it is good to be in an afternoon wedding. Most of the weddings that I knew is a morning wedding because there were things that they will take care of.

In the morning, we prepared for something a mini shooting for the video that the coordinator for the preparation that we can see it at the venue of the wedding. We dressed up with a white t-shirt, black pants, and black slippers because that what are needed for making the video.

At first, I don't why we have to wear that one t-shirt in the morning and after I ask the groom, he casually said that it's for the video shooting that we will shoot for the preparation as well as the bride and the bridesmaid, they also have their shooting on their own and we cannot have to shoot and to see each other with the bridesmaid and the bride.

I think it took us 2-3 hours for that shooting and we also have two venues that we shoot together, one was outside on the house that we stayed in and the other one was on the venue after the wedding.

So, after the shooting video, we just rest in the house or the mini hotel that we stayed in then we just got to eat lunch and then we wait before the wedding at 3:30 in the afternoon. Some were sleeping, some were watching TV, and other were just strolling outside just to keep themselves busy.

We were now in the church that is held INC (Iglesia Ni Cristo) church and there were a couple of people that went to see the wedding ceremony in this church. In the wedding ceremony, I saw a couple of people that were crying during the the ceremony.

I also saw the groom and the bride cried after their VOWS with each other and it's something that they won't forget for that moment. Even, I, almost cried for that wedding because I'm really happy for them.

I just remembered together with the groom (My college friend) and we talked about that while we were still students and one thing that he said that he would get married before 30 and also, he said that he would cry a little bit because of happiness because he will be married at that time and here it is now, his moment together with his happiness.

I didn't took a photo inside the Church because I don't the rules about it but I took a photo after the ceremony which is the picture taking segment where I took photo of the groom (My college friend) kissing with the bride.

Well, I could say that this time, the wedding is not a Filipino time and we arrive before the wedding starts and we finished really early. We were happy for both of them and we also congratulate them of their wedding.
