Takoyami: A Flavorful Snack That I've Tasted In My Town

In our town, there were businesses that were closed because it's not profitable anymore and we cannot only see here in our place but in all over the world. There were lots of establishments that were being forced to closed because of the pandemic but despite that, there were also establishments or stores that were newly opened even if there is a high risk of being closed down.

I saw different kinds of businesses that have been closed down some of them were clothing store, food stalls, or grocery store. One factor that affects were too many stores in that area that were opening and people tend to buy for a store that are cheaper than the other.

This time, there were a couple of establishments that were newly opened and some of them were food stores, most of the food stores were the milk tea shop, fries stalls, and other things.

My sister told me that we have newly opened store which is TAKOYAMI. Takoyami is like a takoyaki that is inspired in Japanese culture and I really love takoyaki. It is one of my favorite food stalls and if I went to the mall, I would find it and buy it directly because it's really yummy and it's also tasty.

I don't know how they do the magic but when I tasted it, it's melting in my mouth even if there were mostly vegetable but only in chop with tiny bits. One thing that I can't forget about Takoyaki is that whenever you pick the first Takoyaki ball and eat it directly in your mouth, it is really on the inside and I can feel my mouth that is dancing because of the hotness of the Takoyaki balls.

When I heard that they have newly opened Takoyaki store, I went to this store because I want to try their menu on the takoyaki. The store named Takoyami and they only have three flavors and they were Cheesybomb, Octobits, and Crab N' Corn.

After I went there, there were a couple of people that were waiting for their order in this store and I didn't knew that there were lots of people that were buying on this maybe because their takoyaki is mouthwatering.

I went there and order 2 mixed flavors and they are Octobits and Crab N' Corn with only 99php, I can enjoy 8 pcs of takoyaki (four of them were Octobits and the remaining four were Crab N' Corn).

I think I waited for almost 30 minutes for this to finish because of lots of orders from other people and I am one of the last that ordered in the store.

I saw how they make the Takoyaki and it really amazes me on how they formed it in a circle and I could just watch them cooking the Takoyaki balls all day because it is fun to see.

Each of the flavors have different kind of ingredients that they put, for the Crab N' Corn, we can say that the takoyaki balls flavor is crab and also corn, the octobits were made from chopped octopus, and lastly the cheesybomb balls are all cheese.

The final result makes my mouth melt and I didn't expect that they put lots of CHEESE on top of their sauce and also the sauce, there were cheese, too.

I enjoyed every bite and every ball that I've tasted and I will definitely order again tomorrow because I am craving again while writing this article blog.
