When I was a child, I am looking forward to eat this food because this is one of my favorite dessert. Before, they don't use a motorcycle to vend this taho. The taho vendors will walk through the streets around the town and find the street with lots of children because children would love this kind of dessert.

I was always very excited whenever there is a taho vendor that will passed away in my aunt's house because I know for sure that they will buy something for us if we heard the taho vendor shouting "Taho## Header 2" in the middle of the streets. I remember when I was a child that it is more cheaper when you have your own glass of cup than they used their own plastic cup.

This time, there is Taho vendor and he uses a motorcycle to vend his taho. Which is more convenient for him and his shoulders will not hurt anymore than before. He only needs to put the taho in the back of his motorcycle and then go around the town slowly. Most of the time, I didn't catch the taho vendor because it's too fast to ride his motorcycle and I can't even shout at him because sometimes, he is very far away but today, I catch him because I was outside our house and the timing was too perfect that I shouted at him that we want to buy together with my niece's.

I was craving at this food and for the first time in this year, I bought this taho again and the prices for the taho were much more expensive than the price before. It was 5php per cup before but now it was 10php per cup. I told my sister if she wants to eat taho and she said yes together with my niece's. So, I told my sister to get our cup glass to fill in the taho in the cup glass. (this is one of the lifehack that I knew about buying taho)

The taho consists of fresh and soft tofu, condensed milk, sago pearl, and brown sugar syrup, sometimes they add ube condensed flavor. Only that ingredients that are needed to make and to eat tofu. It's more delicious when we bought it in the taho vendor.

When I tasted the taho, it was full of flavor, the sweetness of the brown sugar syrup blended with the fresh tofu makes it more satisfyingly to eat and also the sago pearl. Sometimes, when I am bored, I will not eat the sago pearl and instead I would just put it together in my mouth and throw it like a machine gun using the straw outside.

Taho was one of the nostalgic food that I've tasted today and It also reminds me when I was a kid that I have tasted it for the first time and asking for a another money for another round of buying taho, it also brings back some of my memories when I tasted taho way back when I went to my aunt's house.

Sometimes, I will request to have more brown sugar syrup and then no sago pearls because sometimes I don't like eating sago pearls. This time, I tried eating the sago pearls. Hoping that I will catch this taho vendor tomorrow because I would love to eat this early in the morning.
