Childhood old games were fun than modern games

Childhood old games were fun to play and these old games were so much entertaining that I can't ever forget. This is not the game that we usually do in a modern day that we can only stay up in our room and play in a computer just like today.

There are lots of games that we can try in the old games and it's more fun than the games today. Kids nowadays often stayed at home and watch YouTube videos, playing games, and etc. but before that, when there were no gadgets, kids were gathering in one place and they will decide on what kind of games they would play.

Just like myself, I had so much fun with my childhood games like for example hide and seek, patintero, a house game, bahaw bahaw, and etc. These are the most common games that I had in my childhood memories in the Philippines and remembering these kinds of games were kind of fun to play even if I am an adult now. There are also different kinds of games in every country but the most common games were the hide and seek.

Childhood old games compared to modern games

Before gadgets were born, there were games that exist and I am one of the old people witnesses that because I experienced playing with other kids with nothing to see because we don't have any gadgets. It is more fun to play outside than to stay at home and playing outside gives me joy, a happiness, and lots of new set of friends aside from the school. I grew up in a small town and I experience a couple of games that we usually play before, some got injury and others got scolded by their parents or their family.

As of the new games now, any kid can stay in their house and play using their mobile phone, computers, or their tablets while communicating with other players in the game. These kids can enjoy while playing in their phones or computer games but most of them will only have a few or no friends in their neighborhood.

I think old games were much more fun to play than the new games now because we can talk with the physically with the other kids outside and we can express our opinions in the games that we usually play. Rather than in the new games now where kids preferred to shut in their room just to play with their favorite games in their mobile phone.

Thoughts

I remember one video that I saw before in a social media platform that a kid is being grounded for continuously playing games on his computer and his mom told him that he is grounded and his mom dragged him outside. Then this kid is outside and he is talking to his dad why is he outside if he is grounded and he explained that grounded means that "He cannot go outside but why is he outside the house". The parents were laughing and so am I and the new normal for the "You're grounded" is going outside to play with other kids or their neighbors.

I would like to experience again to play with other kids that I mostly play in my childhood days and I rarely see them now even if my place is a town and not a city. I think most of the kids that play these kinds of old games were the kids in the mountains because there were no signals in the mountains and people there tend to meet together as they play any kind of games that they play.
