XXXLutz hat jetzt einen neuen Werbespot veröffentlicht, der Kryptowährungen auf die Schaufel nimmt.

Ein Anlageberater versucht einem Kunden ein Investment in eine Kryptowährung (Shit-Coin?) schmackhaft zu machen.

Da kommt XXXLutz-Raumschiff ins Spiel und warnt davor, das Geld für Investments hinauszuschmeißen.

Stattdessen soll man es sich schön zu Hause machen.

Suggeriert wird, dass man das Geld lieber in Möbel stecken soll als in Investments. Naja.

Wie findet ihr den Werbespot? Habt ihr ihn schon gesehen?

XXXLutz, an Austrian furniture store, has now released a new commercial that takes cryptocurrencies for a ride.

An investment advisor tries to make an investment in a cryptocurrency (shit-coin?) palatable to a customer.

That's where XXXLutz spaceship comes in and warns against throwing your money out on investments.

Instead, one should make it nice at home.

It is suggested that one should rather put the money into furniture than into investments. Well.

Haha. Kannte ich noch nicht,da ich selten fernseh. Die haben sich wahrscheinlich ged8 irgendwas mit Krypto kommt aktuell immer gut an. Schade,dass sie nicht gleich dogecoin erwähnt haben. 😁

Humor is always welcome. We have to let them laugh at cryptocurrencies because otherwise when BTC rises to $100,000 we won't be able to laugh at their investments.

Since I'm not in Austria I'm sure I won't see it! And even if I did I sure wouldn't understand it... my German is pretty damn lousy! But as one can always expect those home furnishing stores will do anything they can to get a sale.

Then again there are so many people mad about crypto because they bought high on a shit coin. If you don't understand an investment don't invest. It's simple as that in my opinion. The fool and his money will quickly be separated....

I appreciate you sharing this information. Although I haven't seen the commercial, I think XXXLutz is trying to promote the sales of their furniture by comparing it to what would be a better investment than cryptocurrencies 😂

Ein Versuch die Jungs & Mädels die bei Ikea einkaufen in die "langweiligen" Möbelhäuser zu locken? Ob diese Werbung bei der Zielgruppe ankommt mag ich zu bezweifeln ...

finde die Einstellung im Clip auch nicht gut für die Economic Literacy, die ohnehin in Österreich kaum vorhanden ist. Geld kommt von Sparbüchern, Strom von der Steckdose ...

Also Designermöbel könnte man ja durchaus als Investment sehen, aber die von XXXLutz? Da hab ich eher meine Zweifel :D

Für eine Werbung ist es ganz okay. Als Investmenttipp ist es dagegen offensichtlich nicht geeignet :D

Das erste was ich mache wenn ich meinen Postkasten öffne, ist die Lutz Werbeprospekte in die Recycletonne werfen.
Egal was, deren Werbeeinschaltungen sind kindisch, auf den niedrigsten Intelligenzlevel der Bevölkerung gerichtet.

Ja, ich finde das auch überhaupt nicht witzig, sondern nur abgrundtief dumm. Daher schaue ich seit Jahren nicht mehr TV.
Man kann auch die Postkastenwerbung einfach abstellen mit einem Aufkleber. Über die Jahre kann man damit ganze Bäume vor der Abholzung retten (theoretisch) und spart Zeit beim Aussortieren der Post :)

I'm curious to see how the cryptocurrency community reacts to the commercial. Some people might be offended by the fact that it's making fun of their investments. But others might appreciate the humor and the message of the commercial.

Habe den Spot nicht gesehen. Da ich aus früheren Jahren XXXLutz kenne und er mittlerweile sich auch in der Schweiz breit gemacht hat, hätte ich dieser Firma und deren "Marketing-Fuzis" einen etwas weitsichtigeren Werbeauftritt zugetraut. Kurzfristiger und billiger Erfolg macht anscheinend "kurzsichtig".

I haven't seen anything like this yet, but the way we see it, there are a lot of people who are accepting this cryptocurrency and that's a lot of good news for them.
