Danke für den Hinweis, wäre zum Beispiel die Samourai Wallet eine gehostete oder selbst gehostete Wallet? Müsste eine Wallet App auch KYC machen, wenn sie non-custodial ist?

Samourai ist ein schwieriger Fall, je nachdem welche Definition man da nutzen möchte. Aber andere Wallets, selbst solche wie Wasabi, sollten nicht unter diese neue Regelung fallen.
