Einladung zum nächsten Wiener Hive Stammtisch am Donnerstag 28. September 2023 19:00 @ Joe & Joe.

Das Joe & Joe ist ein Hostel, das sich im Ikea-Gebäude am Westbahnhof befindet und eine coole Dachterrasse hat. Wenn das Wetter Ende September noch halbwegs gut ist, treffen wir uns gleich oben auf der Dachterrasse. Bei Schlechtwetter auf Ebene 5 (Joe & Joe). Jacke mitnehmen, da es Ende September schon relativ kühl sein wird.

Sage euch einen Tag vorher bescheid, wo wir sind. Terrasse oder Ebene 5.

Bitte gebt mir Bescheid, ob ihr vorbeikommt, damit ich weiß, für wie viele Leute ich reservieren soll.

Kommt pünktlich, die Terrasse ist nur bis max 22h geöffnet.

Das Thema des nächsten Meetups lautet: Wie neue User auf Hive onboarden? Was sind die Killer-Apps von Hive? Wie kann man die User auf Hive halten? User-Retention? Gibt es sinnvolles Marketing oder ist es rausgeschmissenes Geld? Leo Proposal ja/nein?

Invitation to the next Vienna Hive Meetup on Thursday 28 September 2023 19:00 @ Joe & Joe.

Joe & Joe is a hostel located in the Ikea building at Westbahnhof in Vienna and has a cool roof terrace. If the weather is still nice at the end of September, we meet right upstairs on the roof terrace. In case of bad weather on level 5 (Joe & Joe). Bring a jacket as it will certainly be quite cool by the end of September.

Let you know a day in advance where we will meet. Terrace or level 5.

Please let me know if you are coming by so I know how many people to make reservations for.

Come on time, the terrace is only open until max 10 pm.

How to keep users on Hive?

Here are some ideas

If you give the users who post regularly delegate HP to you you don't have to give it away to them.
(because if you give it away you sell it bye bye hivecoin and all)
only delegate like 100 or so to those who have less than 30 HP
delegate 500 those who have less than 300 HP
as long as they are active and contribute to the community.

That new users have at least 10 HP delegated so they can comment or post something that from........
Oh I have to create a hive account SURPRISE I HAVE TO PAY TO MAKE ONE because the free option is more complicated or has errors my favorite one is crashed.......
If they are going to go through that torture at least have some measly HP to post something.

That there is more promotion of hive in the common people and teach them exactly how hive really is.

IF YOU JOIN YOU WILL HAVE FUN WE ARE LIKE A FAMILY or some such bullshit.
HIVE IS A VERY, VERY, VERY CLOSE COMMUNITY which is not true......
if you better tell him how hive really works even if he won't join most will appreciate the honesty.
Those who join hive will know what exactly he is getting into.

That hive youtube be promoted I think is the best way to give it promotion that makes video of what is hive how it works and all that.
Instead of talking shitdiscussions of how to attract more users and make "events" that nobody cares about and probably nobody will go.....
To me as a hive user the events that hive people do are the same to me as the trips of Latin American presidents.
In the end it does not benefit the community
If it does it does it for the ELITISTS or rather the dolphins and whales rubbing their hands with it.......

I think that would be a good idea
I am sorry if I offend, I am only saying this from my point of view.
by the way something radical so to speak.
