Greetings everyone, hope everyone is doing well. I am back again to share my SplinterLands Journey. Looking at the cover, which shows the Chaos Legion Earth Splinter Summoner, Obsidian. So let's talk more about Earth Splinter today.

As usual we will start off with the progress report portion. Something today that got me so excited is that I've managed to get a Legendary Card from daily quest reward chest.

This is an amazing week of drops hence I can't wait to be sharing this joy with all of you. Also this is the first time that I am opening a Gladius pack. (Enabled by Pizza Guild, thanks for having me into this amazing guild) Also, I am nearing the 10k CP mark and drawing much closer to Silver 3. With season end coming, let's hope RNG bless everyone and get good drops for EOS rewards.

Talk About Earth Splinter

Let's talk about Earth Splinters. I have not started building Earth Splinter. So I will share about my encounters with them instead.

Summoners that I encounter often

Obsidian	Magic +1
Wizard of Eastwood	Armour -2
Mylor Crowling	Thorns
Scarred Llama Mage	Health +2, Last Stand, Cleanse

Discussion

For a bronze league players, time to time, the summoners above are those that I will meet.

Obsidian
Most commonly met. The summoner that boost every magic splinter on the lineup to make them bigger and scarier. When such lineup is met, typically it will be Unicorn Mustang in the front with a whole load of magic cards behind. My typical counter will be Life Sneak or Fire Sneak to take out the high hitting magic backline and prevent healing from Goblin Psychic.

Wizard of Eastwood
Typically met during Melee matches or when opponent has no Mylor. The -2 armour, effectively exposes opponents cards to hard hitting melee or range attacks. I happier to meet this summoner as compared to the other earth summoners. Typically a magic based lineup should do the job against this summoner.

Mylor Crowling
Remember my sharing last week about the white sneak lineup. This is my outright nemesis. Every smack on opponent draws me thorns damage. A really "touch me not" kind of situation. And to make matters worse, when I meet such lineup, Mushroom seer will surely appear together. So now we cannot smack and cannot zap. Solution? Life splinter range lineup or add more range cards to your picked lineup.

Scarred Llama Mage
This Llama make me wanna shout mama. Tough tough opponent to meet. That last stand with a healing card can easily win tonnes of matches. At low mana, effectively no way to counter. High mana, possible chance. Find every way to sneak and pulverise opponent backline.

Guild Action
My first brawl with PIZZA guild, we didn't do too badly and finished 3rd. Let's aim for better result next round and I'm sure we will.

Thoughts about Splinterlands Journey
In last week sharing, I mentioned about Singaporean Metafrens Community. They are the people that keep me going. Everyone of us are growing day by day through the kindness of @namelessnameless. He does what he could to help every single one of us grow. Delegation of CP and organising/sponsor tournaments to enable us ability to grow.

Remember this game is not just about self, it is always about the community. Growing together make the journey fun and exciting.

Splinterlands allowed me to discover a bigger community to grow together, do join us!
