Gustakes.gg | Are You Onboard Yet | More Tournament To Take Part In

avatar

Things are really getting interesting and more fun when we have some tournament to participate in apart from the normal gameplay. I came across this particular site where Godunchained tournament were been created and as a GU user, you can easily take part in them and win some prizes attached with it but this is on a new level. I was sceptical at first when I saw the site while searching on what to take part in and boom, it came up. After watching some video about the site, I was actually afraid to go in and take part in the tournament, maybe because I dont really have a good deck to play with and there is high chances I might be pair with opponent with all this tough to play with deck.

Just like Splinterland event section where various tournament is been organised, but most people with good deck take the more wins and when you also have a stronger strategy to play with but in this aspect it is really different (well I find out after participating in it) because of some strict rules attached to it.

Let take a look around

Getting to know your way around Gustakes is quite easy but you will need to link it up with your metamask account first, then you will be asked to insert your godunchained id which you can get directly on gudeck by searching your username in the player stat section. Your player ID is always below your username. Then you will have to connect it to the network of your choice on your metamask (I use gnosis xdai network). If you dont know how to set it up, head over to chainlist and connect to see your dash board.

At the top, you will see the menu bar, where you can navigate from, go to the tournament section to see the available tournament to participate in and read the rules backing it up and also join the Gustakes discord channel for more information.

First tournament I participate in with the starter deck rule, you only use starter deck to take part in this tournament, seems fair to me because everyone will have to come down to the very beginning, It was really fun but one can easily lose the battle because you will always be short of cards especially when you pick some god's power that cant produce cards when use. Made the mistake in my second round battle and was defeated, lesson learnt. I wish we have more tournament to participate in though, looking forward to that.
