Hi Hivers,

It's with great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great week.

I will like to share with you about the new development of my jute mallow bedding. I prepared bedding for the jute mallow plantation some weeks ago and I have find it hard to sow the jute mallow seeds since then due to scarcity of the seeds.

You can check here to see how I prepared the bedding for the jute mallow seeds some weeks ago.

I decided to sow the seed the next day I prepared the bedding but things don't go as planned because I was unable to get the jute mallow seeds around. So since then I have been watering the bedding to make sure that it doesn't dry up and the soil doesn't become more harder since we're already in the dry season.

After a week in which I have prepared the bedding and I was unable to get the jute mallow seeds, then I decide to call one of my friend in the village to help me get the seeds.

I have to wait for a week before the seeds get to me and I got to finally sow the jute mallow seeds today.

Before sowing the seeds, I have to first sprinkle water on the bedding to make the place moisture and easier for the germination of the seeds.

Then I mixed the jute mallow seeds that I have prepared down inside a container with some sands before sowing the seeds. The reason why I do this is because the seeds are too light and the breeze can easily blown it way. So to prevent such situation then I to mixed the seeds with some sand that contain a little water. This will make the seeds heavier and prevent it from easily blown out by the breeze and moreso, it will aids quick germination of the seeds.

After I have sowed the seeds, I sprinkle water on the bedding and I will have to keep supplying the area with water everyday, probably twice everyday for easy and quick germination and to prevent the land from drying up which can leads the seeds to burn out or from germinating.

I believe that in the next few days, the seeds will started sprouting. I will keep you updated regarding the progress of my jute mallow garden and thanks for taking your time to go through my blog.

A big thanks to @balte , @schlees and @druckado for their upvote gardening blog. I really appreciate.

Thanks for visiting my blog and have a wonderful day
