Being a salary earner or Hive blogger?

If a question like this is thrown to me that would I rather be a hive blogger or being a salary earner especially based on financial situation in Nigeria especially the aspect and the grade of the salary then I would never think twice to choose being a hive blogger, as being a hive blogger will cover my financial situation and improve my growth as a person.

The situation of things here in Nigeria is one of the reasons I can't consider of being a salary earner because sometimes I do pity some salary earner workers and I wonder how they survive when the minimum age here in Nigeria is set at #30,000 which is $72.37. Thou, I never say that there is no lucrative paying salary in Nigeria but all this space are run just like a family business which leave no space for any graduate here in Nigeria to get a good job offer after going through a lot of stress in the completion of school program.

So many graduate have turned in to teachers just because of job unavailability and when you look in to this teaching line, some of the private sector salary minimum is not even up to half of the minimum wage set by the government. I have went to different interview especially as a teacher and all what they offer me for salary as a starter is #12,000, imagine how will survive through the month without being in debt books already.

The issue of house rent here in Nigeria has become a great issue, and the price of the house rent depending on the area you find yourself. Like Lagos, a single room is being rented out for the some of at least #80,000 and more depending on your location but compare to here in Ilorin, the here you can get a single room per annum here is #36,000. How will a salary earner collecting a minimum wage of #30,000 cope with such situations without having another job apart of being a salary earner.

I onced work in one private organization in Lagos at Ajao Estate area, a sum of #24,000 is being paid to all causal workers when the minimum salary wage is #30,000 and what they do for one to get up to that amount or more than that is by working overtime which is not easy at all.

Even though, I am college graduate and instead of me to apply for one teaching job where I will be a salary earner then I prefer by an artisan. Being an artisan is even better than be a salary earner, or what is the essence of wearing a clean clothes, tie, and putting on fine shoe when your salary can't even pay your house rent, takeless of buying you a food stuff to survive for the month.

And what about transportation issue also, some workers especially in Lagos work so hard but at the end of the month collect small change because they have collected almost all their salary before the month end to settle some bills, like children school fees, food stuff, and even transportation fee to the place of work.

With all the experience have gathered so far and the little time have spent on Hive then I know which one is better. If you get things right here, even a single good content can settle all your bills at once with the support of good curators.

Depending the on what the hive price is, sometimes within a month, I earned double or triple more than salary earner and that's show how great being a hive blogger can be and I also invest in some tokens in my hive-engine wallet which also makes me an investor.

Hive is life, and I wish many people out there with good content discovered this soonest.
