KRAKAN is going to be the "first digital asset company in U.S. history to receive a bank charter recognised under federal and state law" CHECK THE LINK INFO, as they are getting the State of Wyoming’s approval to form a Special Purpose Depository Institution (SPDI) in 2020.

This is the daring act of Kraken as the SEC makes the crypto institution have a bad time, especially after what happened recently in the US. But I believe that CRYPTO will eventually be accepted by many countries, even if some are fighting to keep it out of the system.We might hear about some crypto companies going bankrupt due to sabotage, but I believe it was needed to improve the system and make it better, and I believe there will be more company interest in making another bank after Kraken takes down their first digital asset company.
